I just got a new laptop with windows 7 OS, and I am noticing alot of annoying bugs with HEM... Fonts are too big so words and letters get chopped off in places. The HUD doesn't move when i do (fix hud position is unchecked). When I get moved to a new table in a tourney, my HUD stats reset.

I have imported all my hands, set all the settings to match my old laptop, and HEM still works great on my old laptop, but for some reason everything is out of whack on my new system.

How soon can we expect some updates for W7? And are there things I can do in the interim to address some of these issues?

-1 go to your display settings and set the DPI to 96%.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

There won't be a specific Windows 7 update. HEM works fine on Windows 7. I think your problems are related to the fact your laptop is using a different resolution / DPI setting as your other computer.

Its not 96% it must be 96dpi which is working under Windows 7
