Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

I am with Windows XP and I turned it off from Firewall. I have AVG antivirus. But why this is important? It imports some hands and then stop. Isn't it from the settings of HM?

Only displaying stats for 5 hands then stopping: is normal when you're OBSERVING a table on Full Tilt using prefetch, but you said you're PLAYING a MTT.

All HUD problems... or when NOT ALL hands are importing.. are usually caused by either Windows User Account Control, or something blocking/monitoring communications to PostgreSQL. So add the exceptions to the Firewall (even when it's already turned off!)

Which site do you play on?

I tried everything but it still reach 5 or 6 hands and it stops after that. I checked everything you said and it's ok. I had not have this problem in the past and I still can not figure it out. Maybe it is from the settings of the HM? And in addition it shows me different nicnames statistic not the players I am playing with
