After some reset key i have this :

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg
1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.
Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.
Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/
To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number
You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.
If none of that helps, try this:
1. Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register the scanner
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

when i register my HeM key, HeM lag and doesn't work.. i'm waiting... but HeM lag a lot since the launch..

If you dont have a scanner license just skip that step, close HM, and delete the file as in step 4.

Did you also close HM and delete the licdebug file?

For me I've tried all suggestions and still can't get past that first screen in the post at the beginning.
When I went to the reset licenses page, but after the first reset I can't reset or add serial numbers.
This whole process is frustrating considering I hadn't touched or changed anything before all these problems

And why when it activates online does it keep coming back saying success and then we get the panel saying it couldn't find the license.

And here is another funny thing. When I open Revo uninstaller it doesnt see RVG or Holdem manager

It says I have 15 days left but it won't allow me to go any further.

That's just the thing. The "try it" bar or button never appears.
Just the number of days with the bar below.
I have uninstalled and installed the newest updates and still no changes in the way it starts.
