Hello,
For 3 days I have a serial code problem. I am not a new user. For 2 months when I want to launch hem it was asking registration. It was not a nice method but I was solving the problem entering my serial code for registration. But it is not accepting my serial code for 3 days.It says it is invalid. I did all of the things that are told me to do.such as resetting the code.. I sent my user logs but noone gave me a response. Can you pls help me ?

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg
1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.
Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.
Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/
To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number
You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.
If neither of those help:
1. Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register the scanner
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

as far as I understand from log reg files.. the problem is :
Too many instances of the MACAddress component to generate a valid hash.
what does it mean ?

Please check your junk/spam boxes as you seemed to have missed my 2nd reply.
See if this helps:
1. Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register the scanner
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

Hi Fozzy,
I have a problem "opening" the HM and registering. So how can I do the 3rd step ? any msn address that we can communicate more effective ?
thanks
