Activation problem

Hi , i bought Hem about 3 mounths ago and i did not registred yet , i just got my computer back from manufacture and i'm trying to activate it but i got this message :

No more activations alllowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again.


The problem is that my comp been formated so i don't understand why i got this message, i got my product Key that i bought from the site and im actually in a 15day trial sessions.... thx to help me. :confused:

You can use the same code for 2 PC's, just choose the PC#2 slot when registering.

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.
