When I click on Filter/Edit and get the Select Filters screen up I have trouble. I can click and unclick limits and amount of players but not for which position (!) something happens and all those boxes around these. I can change tab and click on anything else but itīs important for me to click on position and pre position of faced action such. This have never been a problem before. Today I did import a lot of hands and I donīt know if that could have anything to do with it?

I tried switching DB under Database Management to see if the same thing was happening in that DB and yes it was. And I hadnīt done anything to that DB recently.

Why? and what do I do?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Are the position boxes missing from the Main Filters? Or there, but you are unable to click them?

Can you post a screen shot please?

Iīm using Windows7, windows own firewall and Avast.

(the virtual keyboard on the screen was just to be able to access the printscreen button)

The boxes "small blind" to "middle" are checked and canīt be unchecked. (also where is "button"?) The same is true for the boxes "unopened" to "1 raiser". Those below that are unchecked but wont check instead.

Under Windows 7 you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe to be started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Let me know if the problem persists and we can schedule a remote support session.

Tried both those things but it didnīt help. The boxes remain frozen. :(

I can do a remote support session whenver you can. Iīm on Swedish/European time so as long as it is morning, day or evening. I have skype if that works.

Tried a reinstall of HEM. Still the same problem though.

Hey, I got the filterboxes to unfreeze if I choosed the smaller fontsize in window7. Go figure! But please help me if there is any way to get it working with a bigger font size since the default one is to small on my laptop for everything I want to use windows 7 for.

HM only works with Normal/96 DPI Scaling.
