Hands try to import but always get import errors.

1) 1.10 beta 4 Trial

2) Only playing on Full Tilt. NL. Yes.

3) Looked at the FAQs, can't even setup Hero name, never get imports.

4) Hand histories are there, readable look fine.

Checked auto import folder is correct, hand histories are showing up correctly.
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\auxout

No hands being imported. Can't do a report without a player.

6) Joined a game from it fine.

7) Yes hands are in english.

8) Windows XP no UAC.

9) attached.

Do you have any "crazy" program that interferes with the PostreSQL communication:

secondary firewall (build in your anti virus program), anti virus, Comodo, Kaspersky?

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

No, I run anti-vir with no extra firewall, and windows firewall is disabled.
In the interest of testing I disabled anti-vir and tried it, same result.

Why is there not an error/trace log for this software so we can see exactly what the problem is?

-1 create a NEW database, if you installed SQL 8.2/8.3 create one in ASCII.

Sorry forgot to mention in last reply I am up to date on .NET. (3.5 SP1)
Creating a new database in ASCII did not help.
Added the exceptions noted to Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall.

Neither corrected the issue, also rebooted for good measure.

Is there no error log so we can troubleshoot or at least know what issue we are trying to fix?

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

If the hands still won't import Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net

Tried creating new UTF database no change.

It's not that I have some problem hands its every hand at full tilt, none import. I feel like I have gone over everything 3 times and I get no errors popping up other than it tries to import and they all just show up as import errors.

E-mail is on the way.

HM does not support play money hands.

Does it say that somewhere and I missed it? Could've saved us some time. I was just trying to get it setup before using it real money. Thanks regardless.

Real money ftp hand histories don't have the .COM in the name, and the tables have real names instead of 'Play 107', etc.
