bug install postSQL

hello,
I've a probleme when I try to install postSQL,i try to install this in french
during the installation a error message says:
(in french):
erreur lors de l'écriture dans le fichier C:\programFiles\PostgreSQL\8.3\lib\adminpack.dll
vérifiez vous etes autoriser a accéder a ce répertoire

(mean=error on writting in C:\programFiles\PostgreSQL\8.3\lib\adminpack.dll
verify you're allowed to write there)
