Which site, Windows version?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

I have updated. That's the first thing I did when it stopped working. I thought it could solve it, but it didn't. I have windows XP, so I don't think it's any of those things. The problem is my import doesn't work. when i open my HM and click auto import, it stops mid way through and won't even shut down. So my hud won't work with any sites. The only difference is, on NoIQ, it doesn't even run. On FTP, if I open, say, 6 tables, I only get the HUD on the first table i open, and it doesn't update after each hand. It just shows the stats for when the HUD was launched. what should I do? btw, thanks for answering! ;)

guys???? PLS I NEED SOME HELP!!! don't know what to do!!

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.
