Hi,

I play on Stars and use the latest version of HEM (1.10 beta 4).
HHs are correctly saved to the folder HEM refers to.

I have an issue with my HEM DB.
It seems like many hands from my sessions are not imported correctly. This is strange because when I play, in the table overlay the hands are all shown correctly. HUD also works w/o problems.
I had stars mailing me my HH of the last days. I tried to manually import some hands I remembered but which were not in the SessionReport. The Importer said they are duplicate but they are still not shown in the Report of the specific day.

This is an example of a hand that is missing in the Reports:

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Try importing them into a NEW database.
Or try a manual vacuum/analyse in pgAdminIII--> if you get an error it's a sign of a corrupt database

"Or try a manual vacuum/analyse in pgAdminIII"

I have this exact same problem.

My session just now i played:

698 hands and went +$ 12.63

Holdem manager imported:

635 hands and said I went +$ 39.9

I will try to uninstall and reinstall, but I hope I don't lose my license.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Which version of HM?

Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

You should be able to get them from your archive folder to zip.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=56

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.

Hi,

I use windows XP, router firewall (d-link) tough I have no problem connecting to or managing my database and no anti-virus.

Tried versions 1.9.3 and 1.10.4 (beta?) same thing with both of them.

The problem I have is that right now I am lacking about 200 hands in holdem manager, while 1600 hands are loaded for full tilt poker. These hands seem to be heavy losses since they adjust the result heavily. I have lost about $60 but HM is showing a total loss of $16.9 for NL 0.1/0.25 FTP.

More info:

Same thing happens for both partypoker (converted from boss) and FTP.

Also, HUD is showing correct stats during sessions (correct number of hands and correct amount won or lost) but HM is not.

I only had 8 errors from the Boss hands when importing. Have you tried importing these files into a new DB using the latest beta?

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20754

Thank you for your help.

Problem was solved trough uninstalling postregsql, uninstalling holdem manager. Removing old database, creating a new one. Reinstalling both programs with default settings. After that it worked.
