Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe 1.10 beta 4
UNINSTALL Kaspersky.. just as a test.
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Also are you stacking 24 tables?
Do you have the same problem, playing 4 tables TILED?
Have you updated XP to XP Service Pack 3?

Kaspersky gave a false-positive that HoldemManager had a backdoor-trojan.
This only happened with 1.09 beta 24.
So it shouldn't happen with 1.10 beta 4.
Try this: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=21610

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot with The table manager
