Hi support, when I try to use the Auto Import function, HEM says that the hand was imported but with an error. Also, with each additional hand that I import, the number of errors increase correspondingly. Any advice would be helpful.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.09.03 from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

Also tell us which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

my system is windows xp,my firewall is the windows and my antivirus is nod 32.
My computer is able to import my hands, my problem is that holdem manager cannot read them and displays an error messagge when importing the files: "import error". Previously, I used the application without any problems, and I have the holdem manager latest beta release and last version of postgresql.

it is a hand today....

holdem manager 1.09
2/What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
full tilt poker and pokerstars and the problem occur in all sites
3/Which type of game(s) are you playing? NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT
nl holdem
4/Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

5a) If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database.

6/Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work?
the table finder said"i can not find any unattached hands.plerase wait until the manager has imported some"
7) If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.


Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

Do you still have errors importing the hands to a new DB, using 1.10 Beta 4? Is your windows regional settings on English (US)? If not, please set it to English (US) reboot, and try a new DB.

no,i have a 1.09 but today i dowload the 1.10 beta 4 and i created a new database but i have the same problem "import folder"......
i don´t understand because 2 months ago it all right....
what can i do?¿

You didnt answer if your regional settings are set to English (US) or not. control panel > regional and language settings. Having this set to non English languages can cause import errors.

I replied to you that I was unable to connect. I got an error message when trying to use teamviewer to connect to you. Can you please try turning off any firewalls and send me a new password? I am not sure if I will be able to connect immediately though, as I am very over-booked for support sessions.

Regional and Language settings ended up being the culprit.
