Trying to install postgre

I have windows 7 I don't know if this makes a diffrence but I have been having problems getting HEM to work. I didnt have HEM before windows 7 so don't know if thats the problem. This is the error message i am getting

That is caused when you dont extract the contents of the postgresql.zip before you run the installer file within.

Use this installer:

This is a benign error because it doesnt find the DB that is specified as the default DB in the config file.
