my computer had problem finding the license over a month ago and I had tried everything I can find on my own including this faq page http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=159

I also sent several emails to support with reg.log and error detail message, but haven't received any replies for the last few weeks now. Would appreciate some kind of reply or ETA. Please advise. Thanks!

please reinstall your Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Uninstall your current version with this tool: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Download and install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/6/1/061F001C-8752-4600-A198-53214C69B51F/dotnetfx35setup.exe
3) Try to register HM again
