Friend Can't Login to Forums

My friend purchased HM a few months ago but has been unable to login to the forums. He emailed support but has not receive a reply. How can he get access to the forums? He also has issues installing HM on a new Mac computer that I will post in a separate thread.

Have him email me his forum name and I will try to activate it manually so he can post. fozzy@holdemmanager.net

Make sure he checks his junk/spam boxes, as our emails often go there. :(
