the most recent PS update (not sure if it's 30/4 or 1/5) has ruined my zoom hud on HEM1. when i initially dl'ed the 1.12.10 beta, i was having issues with the hud lagging 2-3 hands behind the tables. i resolved that issue by running both pokerstars and HEM1 as admin, and that fixed it. now, with the most recent PS update, this problem is back again. exactly the same as what i noticed initially, except now i already have PS and HEM1 running as admin. the hands are being correctly imported to hem; the hud is just lagging behind by a few tables.

i'm running the Apr. 18 (iirc) internal beta of 1.12.10 on windows 7 64-bit.

I can not download it. Is the link broken or was the file removed?

I downloaded this link and am running this version. It worked only after I began to run HEM1 and PS as admin. It worked fine for two days, and now it has gone back to the stats being delayed for a hand (so they are all useless). HEM and PS are still running as administrator, any ideas? I have tried restarting the programs/the computer.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Isnt the above download pre zoom? I thought the .10 update was for Zoom hud.. anyway

I disabled my firewall, all works again.

Until today. downloaded all windows updates, works ok just wrong seats. Preferred seating turned on in Stars, I adjust my HEM seating pref so it gets it right. Session goes fine, I go to play again and the seats have swapped back. It seems every time I play a session now, I have to swap HEM between seat 1 and 5!? Stars has me as seat 3...

EDIT; for a while now, my stats have been one or two players out in Stars tournys... every time I swap my stats manually in this 6max tourny im in, its swapping my stats in my zoom games. How can I have them right for both without having one format wrong?

Yes, don't downgrade to the link in my last post.
But stick to : http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_30Apr2012.exe

Try 1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files (pospref2txt and pospref4.txt), so HM will rebuild them to default:
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.
