Missing money

I have just played a HU PLO game and my opponent won $7.30 but I lost $36.25, I thought it might of been the rake but I only paid according to HEM
$20.62, so could you tell me what has happened to the rest of the money?.

I am running version 1.09 beta 2 and the site was vcpoker (ipoker).

Not sure how to extract these hands from HEM and to zip them, could you tell me how I go about doing that?.

1.09 Beta 2? Or do you mean 1.09.02 ?

If its 1.09 Beta 2 thats a pretty old version, you should update to the latest version 1.09.03 (no beta!) and try again: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If its 1.09.02 (no beta) you should still upgrade but then you should email the hands. You find the original handhistory files in the Holdemmanager archive folder (default is c:\hmarchive, check your auto-import settings). Send the files as attachment like Fozzy posted before.

I decided to leave it until the end of the month to see what my rakeback payment would be and it was pretty much 55% of the rake that HEM had reported me paying, so do you guys have any ideas what happens to this 'missing money'?.

We only used dealt rake in the past. With the latest beta versions we use the rake calculations for each site.
