I'm still getting the same error. What I'm doing is going the the sessions tab, the session i wanted to look at is about 1k hands. I choose to view all hand and then click the dates tab to get oldest to newest. I then right click and replay all hands. Its fine for the first 20 hands or so then it starts freezing and gives me the error.

What happens if you choose less hands?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Which version of Microsoft .NET Framework?

exact same thing here, and I know one more guy who has the same error. I'm using 1.10 beta 2 atm
I'm using Vista home premium, built in firewall, avast antivirus. If I only try to replay like 5 hands I usually don't have this problem but around 10-15 hands it starts crashing, if i click continue it goes to the next hand, I can replay it, then I click next hand it crashes again, I click continue it replays it, then it crashes every time from then on when I want to step to the next hand.

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this unisntaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe
