Players not showing in HM

unsure where to post this... In HM the players tab is showing 300 players but i go into the tab and none are showing up. I set the dates, used minimum hand of 1 and made sure everything else was correct and hit run report. Its not showing any info or any players?

Do you have any other problems seeing the data on other tabs? Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? Can you post a screen shot please?

I am having the same problem. It shows 28k players from combine mtt and cash but when I go to filter out cash game it only shows like 10 players

Ive attached an image. System is windows xp sp3. Im already running 1.10 beta 3 and have microsoft.net 3.5 sp1. I turned off my zonealarm firewall and avg antivirus and still no go. I switched DB's multiple x's. I don't believe there is problems in other tabs, the cash games tab is fine at least and i can pull up all the players info through cash game tab if i type there specific name in.

I have windows 7 64bit. Just downloaded 1.1 beta 3B. I use norton internest security

In the Players tab you need to adjust the filters on the left side and click run report to get results.

I had already adjusted those filters every which way i could think of previously and nothing. That is not the issue. Ive even reinstalled the program.

email what hands? there's no hands in question. player stats aren't showing up.

I just wanted to rule out all possibilities, and 300 players couldnt be many hands to send.

I think you should try reinstalling HM and PostgreSQl both.

Then import all your old hands again.


If that doesn't work, try reinstalling dotnet 3.5.

ok so i went through this whole mahem of uninstalling and reinstalling HM, postq, and microsoft.net and it didn't do anything. Player info all still missing. Im spending more time getting this program to work than i am playing poker. Im gonna email you my hands as you requested.

These work fine for me. I found the error in your picture. You are filtering the dates in reverse order.
