View Full Version : Import Errors on PS

So I have updated again to the new version and everytime I try to import my files HEM finds all the files but just gives me import errors. This has been a problem for a few months now and I haven't gotten any straight answers on how to fix it. My HUD does not work anymore either because of this issue. Some help would be very much appreciated.

*Please try updating to the latest version 1.09.03 from the link in my signature.

*If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73.
Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

I have updated to the latest version seems that my hud only works with play money tables.

sorry only works with Play money SnGs

Normally HM should not work on play money tables.

Your Pokerclient must be in english language for SnGs/MTTs.

my pokerclient is setup with english but my hud still doesn't work and my HEM still doesn't pick up all of my games.

Following all the instructions fixed most of the problems but what did the trick was creating a new database Thanks a lot I have had this problem for a few months now!
