All of a sudden this past week, I'm not getting any hand histories sent to my email. What's up with this, and where do I go to get them sent to me again?

I don't understand the question. The site's write hand histories to your computer and HM imports those. If you play a site like stars for MTTs you need you need to request your tournament summaries from their lobby or support.

Which site(s) do you play?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

I'm referring to the hand history files that HM sends to my email each day. My anti-virus software isn't preventing any emails from getting through and I've downloaded the latest version of HM. I play on FT, cash games.

Are you referring to some sort of datamining service you buy hands from? That would have nothing to do with us. We do not datamine or sell hands. There are lots of sites that do. Some have threads in our 3rd party software forum - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17
