I have never had problems with HEM installation. After downloading the latest beta there were a few error messages with the installation. I clicked continue on these. The installation continued and finished. When I started HEM I got an unhandled exception message that says:

Could not load file or assembly "Npsql. Version=2.0.6.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey token=5d8b90d52f46fda7 or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040).

Any ideas?

If I click continue on the above error message HEM will start to load and then freezes at the startup box.

Thanks
Randy

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, from the link in my signature, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder
