HEM crashed and after i restarted the "choose configuration" dropdown in player preferences is blank. trying to create default hud I get "unhandled exception error" and continue or quit option.

-hands are being imported. table manager crashes whenever this happens.
-site is ongame.
-tried advice in hud workaround sticky. the install process kept being aborted as it wouldn't recognise the setup file as legitimate.
-version 1.10 beta 3

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and REBOOT.

Add exceptions to windows defender, the windows firewall and anti virus program, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have the latest Windows Service Pack and ALL critical updates installed.

Try the installation again, until you don't get ANY errors during installation.

UAC is off, exceptions added, rebooted, tried reinstall again by following instructions in workaround sticky and still get "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package..."
It is pointing to the holdemmanagersetupproject.msi file on my desktop. I just downloaded this file from the site.

This was a SQL problem..: caused by COMODO...
Also installed Service Pack 2 (which does NOT auto update install)
And changed the SQL settings...
