I play 60bbs. Will that skew my results?

The stats are optimized for 100-200bb play. If you score some super low numbers in areas though, then it's going to be a leak for you. So it would definitely be an asset to have, but it's not optimized for your stack size. Before I say anymore, what stakes are you playing, and what are your poker goals? Do you intend to eventually play 100bbs+?

I play 100NL. I will eventually play 100bbs, but my bankroll isn't high enough yet. I suppose I'll buy it when I make that adjustment.

Yeah, as it starts making more sense for you, but don't stretch your bankroll too much.

I'd suggest coming up with a plan for how to make this adjustment because you're obviously going to have a lot more post flop play. So getting some good training material, exercising really good table selection, and making sure you have really good bankroll management are key.
