Hi just installed this, everthing seems fine,

But when i search for my player name, its only searching BOSS network,

there is no mention of pokerstars

the only site listed is boss???

really cant believe that a retail piece of software can have soooooooo many problems and difficulties setting up and installing??

Shouldnt the software get finished first??

why cause such a hard time for users???

Have you imported any stars hands? Is your stars HH folder setup according to our guide? If the stars hands arent imported yet you wont be able to find your site name - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=147

Have you configured the auto import folder for stars? We just added an auto-detect button - options > configure auto import folders.

Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your name. Do not click the drop-down arrow. That opens a list of previously searched names.

You can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries.

the issue this time is when im trying to setup hero names.

as ive stated above, if i part search my user name its only will to search BOSS network?

If it can't find your stars name then you have not yet imported any stars hands. Please configure Pokerstars to save hand histories and play a few hands, then import the files it creates.
