I have just started playing on Pokerstars (HUD previously worked 100% fine on several other sites)

I have loaded 1 table, set up the hud positions and then clicked Save positions.

However when I load other tables, all the HUD boxes are not matched to the correct names.
Hlad my tables have the correct positions, the other half dont.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Have you setup your preferred seating correctly?

If your still having problems attach your prefs.xml and your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder

You havent preferred seating setup in Holdem Manager for stars. Go to Hud Options > Seating Preferences and choose a preferred seat number. Youll have to use trial and error to find the applicable seat.

I have the same problem as him but I don't have the preferred seating set-up in either Stars or HEM.

Thus can you select a prefered seat on PS software and HEM and tell me if it works.

Do I have to do that for the HUD to work properly? I'd preferred not to have a preferred seat since it's more difficult to multi-table.

No, I believe that's not an obligation. But it's a lot more easier to configure a preferred seat for multitabling, you allways know were you are:

ps: If you manually choose the "Seat Here" function "in live" in PS, HM can't recognize your seat.

I never choose a preferred seat function.
These boxes are all over the place and the only solution right now is to manually move them everytime I open a table.
