View Full Version : HUD doenst update on party HM1

Hi,

My HUD on party never show, I always have to use table finder. Plus, after I used tablefinder, it doesnt update the stats with the hands I just played. Always show the same stats. I have to use tablefinder again to update the stats.

Help, I use windows 7.

Your Party client must be installed in english language.

Are you using HM1 1.12.09 or newer? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

What version of Holdem Manager are you using? (Please give the specific version number, i.e 1.12.09)
1.12.09

What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
party

Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
mtt

Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
yep importing fine on ps

Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
its saving hhs manualy navigated and looked at one

Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
dont think they are

If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
not really trying to mess up stars which is working ok

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Which type of MTTs is this?

Can you try a cash game table?

turned out to be a pokerfest issue

works on others and if not works w table finder on others

HUD support still has be to added for Pokerfest.
This affects both HM1 and HM2.
(don't count on HUD support to be added for Pokerfest in time)

Any news on support for pokerfest 3 I'd like to have hud in HEM1 that works.

Bugticket on this issue is HM-4293.

We have the same issue with each PokerFest series (similar issues occur with the miniFTOPS on Full Tilt).
With the PokerFest, PartyPoker uses a slightly different handhistory formatting (how they name the tables) with each series.
