the last days i had problems whit cake hud and updated my HEM to last beta today.good news are that cake hud is working corect now and i dont need to use tablefinder for each table as befor.but now i i cant even import my hands for Dbet.every single hand is imported as incomplete hand.did they do any updates to there handhistorys or is there a problem whit the updated beta of HEM?

Are you using HM1 or HM2?

good news are that everything is working now for diamond bet but cake hud is not working again after the update.
if i use table finder the hud appears but it is not updating.i get stats , hands are imported but hud is not updating the hands.

Thank you for the information. I have confirmed the problem and increased the priority of the bug ticket for this problem so we can try to get it fixed before we make 1.12.10 an official release.


This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-23.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HMONE-23 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We are making a concentrated effort right now to (finally) get an official HM1 build released but it is going to take a lot of testing and verification of bugs before we can release it. I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

i am playing over a month whitout hud at cake now.
if i upgrade to hm2 will i still have this problem?

The latest HM1 build works fine with Cake.
