How does HEM calculate EV(fold) preflop?
Say we are in the SB in a heads up game. Usually EV calculations can be done assuming EV(fold)=0 or EV(fold)=-0.5bb.
What is the approach taken by HEM?
Thanks.

HoldemManager uses All-in EV.
It doesn't affect any hand where you fold. When you fold the EV Diff = 0, so the EV will match your winnings.
If you fold your SB (0.5 BB), the EV will also go down 0.5 BB.
