Missing ipoker hands

Hi

Whilst playing a session on VC poker, all my tables froze up, so HEM was unable to import these hands, could you tell me how I would go about importing these hands?, I think I have obtained them from the vc client but I am unsure because when I went to click on the file I got a warning saying it was an XML file and it could harm my computer if I enabled activeX.

Sorry guys for wasting your time its sorted, had a problem with HEM today and didn't realise that for some strange reason it had deleted all my auto import folders, so I have now got the missing hands.
