I have got my sessions and hands importing on Holdem Manager using Pokerstars. I seem to have a slight problem

I have set up my HUD but it is not appearing on any of my tables. I play 20 tables but am unable to get the HUD on any of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Hi,

Thanks for the post. Unfortunately i am not very good with computers and i don't really understand all the technical terms you were using...

Would it be possible to put it in a more simplified way so that i can understand it?

Thanks.

Which part dont you understand? Did you try any of the steps? Updating HM is just download and double click. The next step, for setting HM to run as admin, is explained in detail. If none of that helps please answer the questions I linked to.
