CustomActionData

when I install the postgreSQL I get an error saying: failed to retrieve the 'CustomActionData' property whilst preparin to execute initdb

when I then press oke it roles back the actions it did and it isn't installed.

Can someone please help me with this problem?

Can you make sure its not in Add Remove programs in Control panel if its there uninstall it, then also delete the folder PostgreSQL in c:\Program Files\ if it exists and then try downloading and installing this version http://wwwmaster.postgresql.org/download/mirrors-ftp?file=%2Fbinary%2Fv8.3.3%2Fwin32%2Fpostgresql-8.3.3-1.zip
