I score a 10 for agg but am only getting a 4 for agg%. Shouldn't these 2 stats be related? In what scenarios is this possible?

Thanks.

Agg and Agg% are calculated differently. Agg% seems to be a more accurate way to calculate overall aggression since in Agg checking and calling have no effect. I would make a guess that your c-bet % is pretty high.

I do c-bet alot, but would that not mean that my Agg% should be higher since I am always leaping out with c-bets on flop, turn and river?

Agg% is for all streets, and it just simply means you're doing more checking and calling on later streets. Agg factor can get fairly high if you c-bet a lot, but then you check and fold on the turn or river (because checking and folding has no effect on this number). Agg% would measure this lower though.

Also, when Agg factor is fairly high, but Agg% is lower, there's usually not a very optimal balance of checking / calling versus betting.
