cant install net framework 3.5 ?

i cant install net framework 3.5 on pc , i try to turn off antivirus , firewall , but it doesnt help. I use piracy os , maybe microsoft prohibite to download update from site or what ?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


If vista or xp:

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this unisntaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe


If you still have problems try to completely uninstall any antivirus and firewalls and reboot. Then try again.
