DB Error

I am getting this DB error

Connection Error: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An exising connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

More information is in the error message about system sockets, and about Npgsql.<several different subitems here>.

I use ESET Smart Security for my PC protection. In that application, under Tools > Advanced Setup > Exclusions, I have entered "PostgreSQL\8.3\*.*".
