Hello,

Not sure if this matters but i figure i should mention it in case it pertains to the problem i'm having. I bought HEM PRO about 6 months ago and used the first code on one of my computers, about 4 months ago i used the second code on a new computer i bought. On the second computer I have had a ton of problems getting it setup and to work, thus resulting in me installing/uninstalling both hem and postgressql numerous times.

The problem I am having is when I try to set up the configure auto import folders, I dont know where/what to put for the Archive part. I have the latest version of hem installed and i have followed all the instructions including running as .exe and the UAC thing. Now my HEM is showing up as a TRIAL version. I am very frustrated and unsure of what I should do now to try and get this working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help,
Zlaught

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may put it anywhere. Just dont it put in a path with an auto import folder. You dont want it to auto import from the archive.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

Hello, thanks for you speedily response

I am already updated to the latest version of HEM.

When i go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders , it does not allow me to click edit. When i click add folder there is nothing in the Archive spot and i am not sure what to put there.

This is usually a permission problem

Please crosscheck that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe all are started as administrator. You find it in the properties of the files under compatibility.
