Hi!
When trying to import hands from Microgaming I get the following error message from Holdem Manager
"The following error occured when running this report: ERROR: XX002: index "pokerhands_hero_pkey" contains unexpected zero page at block 1233"
I am using the newest patch 1.09.03.
The last time it worked was 29/11-09
Please help :-)

This is a a sign of a corrupt database.
Do two things:
-1 Go to Database Management in HoldemManager and do a FIX INDEX of: pokerhands_hero_pkey
After that do a manual vacuum of your database in pgAdminIII. If you still get ANY error---> move to step two
-2 Create a NEW database.

Hello!
You know that there is no archiving during auto-importing from Unibet. So periodically I manually copy file GameHistory.dat to my archive folder. But when I tried to import hands from these files on the laptop I faced up with a problem: HM's importing only last 100 hands. I checked all settings, but nothing helped.

Auto Import only checks the last 100 hands for performance reasons. You should never use Auto Import for large, bulk imports. To get all your missed hands imported
1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.
