Hello,

Ive currently used pokertracker 3 with build in HUD and that worked very well, now I changed software to holdemmanager and I can now use HUD on ipoker.

But it wont work with ongame, I can import the hands into holdemmanager, but HUD wont show up (I even tried with the red arrow in table manager).

What is wrong and what can I do?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder

The Table Finder didn't work?

Open the ExeNames.txt at C:\Programme\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

Change it as described in post# 15 of this thread:

http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?p=92521#post92521

You want it to match your poker client's EXE file.

If you have any troubles with that, or it doesn't help, lets schedule a support session so I can help you get it working. Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/TeamViewerQS.exe. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.
