Hello!

I have done exactly as you proposed in the faq but HEM won´t take the hands. How can this be?

I downloaded the program 2 days so I suppose its the latest version.

Make sure your using this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe, what site is this for, can you email me a small sample of the hands a link to this thread to morny@holdemmanager.net and also let me know if its importing some or none

It works again. The site is ipoker (expekt) and I will mail you a sample of the files

I presume we got sorted because i have no outstanding ipoker HH files, if not email them again morny@holdemmanager.net
