Replayer-Scaling fails

Hi

I never had this problem before and can't understand how it happened, but I can't scale my replayer anymore - actually I can but then just the table gets bigger and the players and their buttons stay in the old position:

Which file is responsalbe for that? I even reinstalled HM, but I don't want to delete all my .cfgs if possible...

This is a new confirmed bug and I've put it on the Developers to do list.
