HEM doesn't start. Error Msg. Win 7

Hi,

I just switched to Win 7 and finally installed HEM. I also ran HmBetaUpdate.exe.
But HEM doesn't start. This is what it looks like:

Um das JIT-Debuggen (Just-In-Time) zu aktivieren, muss in der
Konfigurationsdatei der Anwendung oder des Computers
(machine.config) der jitDebugging-Wert im Abschnitt system.windows.forms festgelegt werden.
Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.

Zum Beispiel:

Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten

When I click "weiter" (next) the startup screen remains in the same position. UAC is off and I gave admin rights to the 3 .exe files.

Could you give access to the HoldemManager/SQL folder in Windows Defender.
To the three .exe file + port 5432 in Windows Firewall. (and in your Antivirus program)

Install Microsoft .Net Framework (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9F5E8774-C8DC-4FF6-8285-03A4C387C0DB&displaylang=en)

Reboot.. and try to start HEM again.

I installed the .Net framework and added the .exe files to my firewall (COMODO Firewall) and AntiVir (Avira Personal).

Nothing changed. I also doesn't work when I completely turn off both firewall and antivir.

Is this a trial or a licensed version?

Did you update your installed operating system or did you start with a fresh installation of windows7?

I think it's the trial version. I didn't have the chance to enter my serial yet.
And I'm running on a fresh Win 7 Prof. 32bit system.

If yes, and this is still happening, try a clean reinstall of HM with revo - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20816

You havent posted in this thread before. Please dont hijack threads. Create your own thread and give us as many details as possible about your system and problems.

Reinstalled HM with revo - nothing changed
Reinstalled all .Net framework stuff with revo - still no improvements

I did everything what you said and what is advised in the other threads concerning Win 7. Nothing helped.

I'm kinda clueless where the problem might be.

Which Firewall? Comodo? Which anti-virus?

Try setting exceptions in your firewall.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling your firewall and/or anti-virus and rebooting.

after uninstalling Comodo Internet Security, HEM finally started.
Thanks for your help.

PS: Could you recommend a freeware firewall that doesn't interfere with HEM. I could'nt get Comodo working even though I whitelisted all .exe files.

And Microsoft Security Essentials for anti-virus, IMO. Turn off Windows Defender, as MSES replaces it (and more).
