************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

This was after i uninstalled and reinstalled HEM after it would not open.

Are you running Windows 7? Looks like a .net issue. I would start with a clean install:

1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

The same thing happened to me and it didn't help running the installfiles from the links in the previous thread.
I'm also running Windows 7

We have a new beta that should be coming out today and will fix any Windows 7 and .net compatibility issues. I'll let you know when it's released (I'm told though it should be late today).

We are just waiting for them to release the new version. I'm told it will be tonight. This new version has several fixes in it.

Did you already try and uninstall and re-install your .net?

Clean install of HM, and re-install of .net has fixed these issues. The links are below in this thread.

Thank you for the answer.

Do you think this will fix the problem also for Windows XP? It's my OS.

Thanks.

.NET is Framework that allows you to run .NET applications. A simple way to see what current .NET Framework version you are using is to go to Add or Remove program from Control Panel. You will see the .NET Framework version/s listed.

On most cases, a clean re-install of .net has solved the issue. That's what I would I try first.

Do I need to re-install all versions of .NET?

Leak Buster Support
01-19-2010, 09:11 PM
No, just 3.5. Supposedly you can run multiple versions at the same time, but I've had people stop services on some versions when there were issues and it helped resolve problems they were having.

Step 1 would be getting a good clean install of 3.5 though.

i've done clean install of .net 3.5 sp1 and reinstall but the problem is still remaining.

You told i should try to unistall HM and .net at the same time and install again?

i've done complete uninstall with revo uninstaller.

For the moment in worked perfectly!

But now it says that there are no more activations allowed and i have to deactivate one of one machine. I've got HM also in my laptop.

How can I deactivate it if i have uninstalled HM before?

Thanks.

Now I can confirm everything is running ok.

The only problem I had is that there were still 2 licenses activated and HM didn't allow to activate a third one. I went to holdemmanager.net/registration and deactivated one of the licenses in order to let HM to activate it again.

Now still have to wait 3 hours importing hands again but everything works perfectly.

Thank you Julie!
