View Full Version : Hands not showing up in HEM

Hey,

All of a sudden HEM isn't showing my hands anymore in any of the reports or graphs or session tabs. It will still show hands from two weeks back and prior to that, but nothing since then. Here's a screen shot of my HEM. I have the latest version installed (1.12.09) and I played 1k hands today, but it's not showing up in HEM. My HUD does however work and updates while playing. Also, if I check the table manager it does show the number of hands I played and how much I'm up or down. The hands must be importing correctly, but for some reason I can't access them in HEM. Please advise.

Which site are you playing?
If its something like Microgaming you need to update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10a_Internal.exe

Note the HM1 update will perform a big database update when you run it.
So ignore any "not responding" error but wait for the program to unfreeze and the database update to finish. Make sure you have enough of free diskspace.

I play on Merge. I've tried to update, but I'm getting this message every time:

This means your database is damaged.

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).

Reindexing didn't work, how can I reimport my hands when I can't open HEM?

Run dbcontrolpanel.exe from the holdemmanager folder.
Create a new database--> start HoldemManager.

I created a new database, then exported all hands from my old database and tried to import them to the new one. It seemed to take forever (had only 60k hands in that database), so I stopped the import. Then I noticed that all hands had import errors, as well as that roughly 3 times the number of hands that were in my database had been imported. I guess the same hands were imported 3 times over?

I've tried a new database, twice. I've tried a new install, first without the latest update, then with. I bought some hand histories to see if those would import, didn't work either. I'm lost here, any other ideas?

Did you get no reply to your mail?
We can't help you any further here in the forums. So you should use the support email conversation and probably arrange a teamviewer session so that we can check your system.
