View Full Version : HUD doesnt work on Full Tilt

I have had that problem with pt3 before as well. THe HUD on pokerstars works fine, but not on full tilt. I have set them both up the same so I dont know where exactly the problem is... hope someone can help

maybe a stupid question, but where is the table manager? I just purchased HEM so I assume I have the latest version

It should appear when you start the auto import. If not, try using the HUD Options > Relaunch HUD.

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or else you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. Windows 7 you MUST set all the executables to always run as admin.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Did you install HM and then download/install the 1.09.03 update? Check the titlebar of HM for the version number.

I have tried it all out now, I already have set all of the three programs to running as administrator, I turned UAC off, I downloaded the latest update and it still does not work. Weird is, that the HUD is working for cashgames on full tilt, but not for mtts and sngs. I also tried the table finder, did not work either. HEM imports all the hands from full tilt, also shows the tables in the table manager (just that is says there are 0/9 players for example), but the HUD does not display...

I use Windows 7 if that is any help

Windows 7 you MUST set all the executables to always run as admin.

have overseen that, but have done that now too, but it still does not work

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

I had full tilt running in german language, that was causing the problem...everything works fine now!

To get your old hands imported you can request all your old hands in English. Email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries.

same problem here...

hm worked fine with ipoker, now on FT it doesnt import the hands (see screenshot below).

using vista, tried all the things mentioned above.

any idea?!

What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

1.09.03

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

FT, tried with playmoney fr nl tables

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

no

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

no

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

table name is shown correctly, but no further information

edit: table finder can't find any unattached hands

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

yes

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

yes

what ever happenend - after three restarts everything seems to work fine now! :confused:
