When I open up a table and then go auto import, my table manager pops up but says no files could be found.

Does this mean I have configured my auto import folders wrong?

The Table Manager popping up, is there to detect the tables you're observing/playing, so it can show the heads-up-display (HUD) on those tables.

For the importing to work correctly, it all comes down to two things:
-1 proper setup in HoldemManager-->OPTIONS-->Configure Auto Import folders
-2 proper setup in your pokerroom software: where it saves the handhistories in English


Also please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Should I be ticking the box for import from sub folders?

The site i am using is from the Microgaming network and I am using windows 7 if there is any additional infomation I can be given.

Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

I faced a problam with microgaming HUD also - hands import but HUD does not pop up.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09.03

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Microgaming, 5o5opoker skin.

Other sites including ipoker work well.




2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes.

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Yes.

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?



7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

I use Norton UAC

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Please try the tablefinder http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
and attach the file holdemmanager.config (you find it in the Holdemmanager subfolder config). You can attach files to a post with the paperclip symbol above the message window.
