All kinds of weird errors pop up when i try to install the new version

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, from the link in my signature, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or else you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. Windows 7 you MUST set all the executables to always run as admin.

Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your name. Do not click the drop-down arrow. That opens a list of previously searched names.

If you don't see the HUD try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

Clearing webcache: it depend which browser you use, how to do this.
in Internet Explorer: TOOLS--> Internet Options---> General tab---> DELETE (delete temporarily files, history, cookies, etc.)

Or just use CrapCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download
