Hand Histories on my old PC?

Just set up HEM on my new PC and realized that all my HH's are saved on my old PC. I realize this is probably a stupid question, but can anyone tell me the best way to get them to my new PC?

If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries.
