Hi, I uploaded a big file of HH's from pokerstars support and it only registered about 100/1000 sngs and mtts and says the rest were "unfinished". So, how do I fix this?

In PokerStars request the Tournament History. They should include the winnings summary.

ok I tried the request tournament history first, and had the same problem, lots saying they're unfinished, so I tried to get it from support and, well, here I am. Also, I can only get my last 200 tourneys through the client, so it doesn't do me a ton of good cause I'm looking for my last 1200. Should I email support and ask for something specific that would make this easier?... or... is it something else entirely that I'm missing?

thanks

For the finished/unfinished to be correct in HoldemManager, you need the winnings summaries.

On Full Tilt, every winnings summary is written to your harddisk (just as a normal handhistory file). On Stars, unfortunately, you need to request them if you're a SNG/MTT player.

Since they only allow the last 200. You have to make sure you request them regularly. If you want your last 1000.... I hope, if you email Stars, they can still sent you your last 1000 files, otherwise, you'll have to manually edit your last 800 SNG/MTTs for your finish positions.

ok, so, what do the winnings summaries look like? are they included in HH files, or does it look like a big excel spreadsheet? cause they gave me one of those with all my sngs listed with buyin/rake/place finished/net profit everything listed. And if that thing can't be imported how do I manually add tourney results?

The PokerStars winnings summaries are an email from PokerStars you have requested named: PokerStars Tournament History Request - Last 200 tournaments.

In the email it will read:

PokerStars Tournament #200900719, No Limit Hold'em
Buy-In: $1.00 USD
9 players
Total Prize Pool: $9.00 USD
Tournament started 2009/07/19 14:10:00 ET
Tournament finished 2009/07/20 0:04:38 ET
1: (=list of all players)
2:
3:
You finished in 1th place and won $3.00

You save the Email as a .txt file, and import that file with HoldemManager.
To manually add/edit tourney results. Open HoldemManager, find an unfininished tourmament in the Tourney-->Results---> Dataview-->Incomplete. Rightclick on the tourney and select: edit tourney winnings

So I'm still having issues... they can't send me the tournament summaries later than the last 200, but support said
"You should however, be able to use the information I already sent you to
upload to Hold Em Manager and then filter out these stats for yourself.
Please contact the support for Hold Em Manager if you are having problems
importing the hand histories and tournament results we have sent you so far."

They gave me a big table with all my games played/tourney numbers/results in it. How do I import that?

HM will import that file directly. Their support sends out your old summaries in a single XML file I believe. Use the HM Import From File(s) and point to that file.

alright, the table shows up in html, I tried saving it to .txt and importing and it didn't solve all my problems yet, what should I save the file as before I import?

Please update to 1.09.03 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe and try to import the HTML again.
If that doesn't work we can't help you with the older tournaments, you need to bulk edit them manually in the dataview.

Also try importing the original .XML file Stars sent you.
