error loading hands / need to get my serial #

I updated HEM to 1.09.02, and now Leakbuster, which I purchased, is giving me this error when loading stats (from stakes)- I cleared and re-installed all my .NET software... also it seems to have un-registered itself- how do I find or get my serial number?

If you have a really large database, try loading a report in HEM first, and then loading the stats in leak buster. I know in the next version going out we had removed any timeout values.
