View Full Version : Program does not load in Windows 7

Hi,

From today Holdemmanager is not working anymore. There is no loading screen or whatever. It only appears in processes for a couple of seconds and then dissapears again.

I am using Windows 7. Yesterday AVG installed an update. But even if I kill AVG from processes nothing happens. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall hm but that did not help.. I have also tried the beta version.

I have set the ‘Privilege Level’ to run as administrator for DBControlPanel.exe + HMHud.exe + HoldemManager.exe. I have also started the secondary logon service. I have tried a reboot multiple times.

I really hope somebody can give me a solution..

I did uninstall for AVG + HM + a reboot and a new install.. did not do anything..

Which HM version?
Please try updating to 1.09.02 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

I have tried the latest version + latest beta version.. Both did not work.

Thanks, but its hm is still doing nothing .. Do you have any other ideas I can try?

It sounds like the EXE's are not set to run as admin, going by just the sympton. It will probably be easier if we take a look at it personally. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/TeamViewerQS.exe. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.

I did a clean install of Windows 7 and it is working again.
